1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing, downloading, or using software licenses, modules, or digital packages provided by Softwave Technology, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not complete checkout or utilize our software products.
2. License Grant & Permitted Usage
Upon completed and verified payment, Softwave Technology grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable software license subject to the following conditions:
- Self-Hosted Deployment: You are granted rights to install and operate the software package on your web server or hosting environment.
- Single Installation / License: Each license key is issued for one deployment instance. Re-distributing, sublicensing, leasing, or publicly sharing your license key is strictly prohibited.
- Modifications: You may modify the source code for your internal business requirements. However, reselling or distributing modified source code is not allowed.
3. Payment, Pricing & Currency
All prices are clearly stated during checkout in USD or INR. Payment must be verified by our payment gateway providers before software licenses and package downloads are released.
4. Digital Delivery
Software packages, license keys, and PDF invoices are delivered digitally and instantly upon payment confirmation to the registered email address entered during checkout.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of software source code and immediate delivery of license keys, all purchases are generally final. If you encounter any technical issues with your download or license activation, our support team will assist you to ensure successful deployment.
6. License Verification & Anti-Piracy
Our software incorporates automated cryptographic verification to validate genuine license status. Any attempt to reverse engineer, bypass license verification, or distribute counterfeit keys may result in immediate revocation of your license without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Softwave Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
